Son of Zahn gets new name and gets rounded out cast
You may remember when last month we told you guys about an animated/live-action series being piloted for FOX called Son of Zahn that is being produced by the guys that brought you Clone High aka Phil Miller and Chris Lord. Well, according to Deadline.com, we now have a name change and a completed cast.
In Son Of Zorn, an animated fantasy warriors that reconnecting with his estranged live-action son and ex-wife while suffering through a mundane office job and the banality of suburban life is harder than waging war in his distant, animated homeland.
Yep…Son of Zorn. I like it! And so far I’m liking the new cast-members which hits lead off with Jason Sudeikis as Zorn, Cheryl Hines as his live-action ex-wife Edie, Tim Meadows (!!!) is Edie’s new boyfriend Craig, and Artemis Pebdani as Zorn’s new boss at Sanitation Solutions.
In any case, the cast sounds pretty damn good. Sudeikis already cracks me up on Last Man on Earth and to have a double-dose of him would be very much welcome. In fact, I think the show should be picked up and put on right after Golan the Insatiable. Just do it, FOX.

Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
