New Spongebob SquarePants episode to air next week on Nick

March was the last-time we saw a brand-new episode of Spongebob Squarepants, but it was announced at San Diego Comic-Con earlier today that a new episode of Nick’s biggest show is set to premiere next week.

The name of the episode is “Lost in Bikini Bottom,” and in it, SpongeBob tries to take a shortcut to work, but becomes lost along the way.

The episode premiers on Thursday, July 16th @ 7:30 pm ET/PT only on Nick, so check your local listings and get a first-look at the episode below.
