Comics Review: Regular Show #23
This month’s issue of Regular Show Comics kind of reminds me of the last few in that I kinda don’t care for the main plot strip. This time around we get more or less a filler/continuation of an arc featuring Rigby trying to find a really rare movie all the while Mordecai heads to the cinemas with Muscle Man. With Rigby, we end up finding the movie but the scene cuts right before something major is going to happen.
By far the better of the two strips is ‘Being Benson’. I thought the writing was smart, the hand-drawn look was charming, and it may be worth the price of the entire issue if the comics shop doesn’t yell at you for reading too long.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
