Almost “Cartoon Contest” assailants linked to ISIS?
A bizarre scenario transpired on Sunday Night when two men, Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi, were killed by officials after attempting to raid an event in Texas that would have paid $12,500 to whomever came up with the best drawing of the Prophet Mohammad. With 350 entries, the event was sponsored by an anti-Muslim group known as the ‘American Freedom Defense Initiative’.
The two suspects drove up to the Southern Poverty Law Center and started firing, with Simpson tweeting something that may have given indications that he was somehow linked to terrorist group ISIS. One person was injured with a gun-shot wound but has already been released from the hospital, and the two suspects were shot dead at the scene.
Right away, websites supporting terrorism were all about these events that took place in Garland, TX and more or less praised the suspects as martyrs. The ‘AFDI’ have claimed that this is a war on free speech, and that they were even prepared for an attack like this with extra security measures at the event.
Drawing the Prophet Mohammed is seen usually as an insult to Islamist extremists, and therefore whenever it happens, violence usually follows. This was certainly the case with Charlie Hebdo which is probably the most famous and probably most violent reaction to depictions of the Prophet Mohammed.

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
