Reddit AMA Recap: Kristen Schaal

Kristen Schaal stopped by Reddit last week to dish out on all things Kristen. That said, she spent a lot of time talking about breaking into the business, versus anything specific to the shows she works on. She’s been rather stellar on The Last Man on Earth. That said, she did drop a note or two about working on both Bob’s Burgers and Gravity Falls, the former which returns this Sunday Night on FOX @ 7:30 pm ET/PT. Gravity Falls season two should resume sometime this Summer on Disney XD:

On working with Alex Hirsch on Gravity Falls

Alex is a lot of fun and he is really zeroed in on the specifics of what he wants. So I always feel like I’m in good hands. I hope I’ve done my best work on all of it, but I can always learn more and get better!

When Louise has her moments:

 when Louise eeks out just a taste of the vulnerability and warmth that are stewing under those brains. It’s so satisfying, because the writers mine those moments like gold. So when they come-they are well earned.
