US Military uses cartoons to subdue ISIS registrations…is it working?
Vice recently ran a story noting that the US Military has begun dropping cartoon pamphlets on Raqqa, Syria as a way to dissuade residents for signing up to join ISIS and ISIL. Here’s what it looked like:

Evidently, just like everything else the US Military does in the Middle East, these pamphlets proved to be a waste of time. Residents more or less laughed them off, and the majority of the people that lived there didn’t even get to see them because ISIS cleared the streets.
We’ve seen cartoons piss off extremists before, so they are rather sensitive to cartoons at times. However, maybe in this case the US Military can just concentrate on dropping nuclear warheads, yea?
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
