FOX fights back against Frank Sivero suit against ‘The Simpsons’
Almost as ridiculous as the recent Ted lawsuit that just got thrown out, the actor whom played ‘‘Frankie Carbone” in Goodfellas aka Frank Sivero, is continuing his $250 million lawsuit against the producers of The Simpsons claiming that the seldom-used ‘Louie’ character from the popular animated franchise is somehow based on him.
According to Deadline.com, FOX has officially called Frank’s bluff and has noted that the accusations are more or less bull shit and that any similarities between the two characters are purely incidental, and more over, even posed a question to Frank in what the hell took him so long in putting together a lawsuit given that the show has been on the air for 30 years.
I, along with all of America, is looking forward to the answer.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
