Trade Paperback Review: Simpsons Comics Clubhouse
Bongo Comics has a new trade paperback that’s in stores now and it features Simpsons Comics #109 through 111 and Summer Shindig #4 through #5. Unfortunately, I think time is starting to pass by Bongo Comics when it comes to the trade issues.
Nowadays, Boom Studios and Dark Horse usually include SOMETHING to go along with the back issues. Other companies usually include stencils or alternate covers or SOMETHING to justify the $16 cost. This really surprises me, because lately Bongo has been awesome in including extras with their one-shots and such, but in this instance we really don’t get that.
For those who REALLY need the issues or trying to be a completionist, this release is for you, everyone else may wanna save their change.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
