Space Dandy is Coming to the Big Screen!

But it’s a bit of a disappointment.

 

Funimation announced today that Space Dandy will be apart of their “Funimation at the Movies” series. They will be screening the first four episodes of season one ahead of the release of Season One on Blu-Ray and DVD on March 3rd. The theatres that are participating are all Alamo Drafthouse theatres, and the schedule is as follows:

February 10th:
Katy, TX (Mason Park) – 7:30PM

February 15th:
Austin, TX (Lakeline): 2/15 – 7:55 PM
Littleton, CO : 2/15 – 5:00 PM

February 16th:
Winchester, VA: 2/16 7:30 PM
Richardson, TX – 7:00 PM
