Rooster Teeth Uploads a Tribute to Monty Oum
Yeah, the title kind of speaks for itself…
On Saturday, the world lost a truly commendable human. Monty Oum, the creator or RWBY, and fight choreographer for Red vs. Blue died from a severe allergic reaction while in the hospital. This past Monday, the gang at Rooster Teeth recorded a special live podcast, in tribute to the man himself. They put together a great video package during the video, and they cut it into a video by itself. If there’s one thing to take away from this video, it’s to just create. Write, draw, build, do whatever you can. Just keep moving forward.
I met Monty at NYCC 2012, while I was waiting for Matt Hullum so I can do an interview. For the brief time we talked, you can tell that he had such a different outlook on life that most haven’t really seen before. Even at the Rooster Teeth table, this man was going nonstop. Monty was fun as hell to talk to, again, even if it was just for a short time. Well, here’s the video, below. Thanks, Monty. The world will miss you.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
