Ratings Are In 2/17/15: FOX toons numbers have me a bit worried
Sunday Night had some stiff competition with the almost four hour Saturday Night Live special taking the lion-share of the viewership numbers. That said, the latest numbers for FOX cartoons have me a tad worried, especially with Bob’s Burgers. According to Deadline.com:
Fox’s The Simpsons (1.1) was down a tenth from last week. Family Guy (1.2) was down -14%, Bob’s Burgers (0.9) was down -10%.
While The Simpsons and Family Guy numbers are low, I’m sure their DVR numbers will do a nice pick me up. Same with Bob’s Burgers, but the latter has me worried because people were talking cancellation of Mulaney at 0.7 ratings, and while Bob’s Burgers has already been picked up, we’ve seen FOX cancel cartoons that were already done so it’s not outside of their realm. Unfortunately, we’ve got nothing but reruns this weekend, so we’ll have to see what the March 1st numbers look like when we get there.

Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
