“Let the Wonk One In”
Randy and Howard come across a book that zaps Randy into another dimension where he contracts some sort of power that makes his ninja powers look even more insane than they already are. His job? To save Halloween! Cut to McFist trick or treating and he’s not leaving until he gets scared! The townsfolk end up at Randy’s garage where they get the shit scared out of them. Problem is, when Randy tries to pack up his scary powers, his powers fight back and his costume refuses to come off. After a while, the ninja outfit spots out Randy and starts attacking the town and turning halloween costumes into real-life depictions of themselves. McFist isn’t impressed, but Randy and Howard have to find a way to transform the towns people back to normal. We find out that next-door neighbor Rachael may have the tools necessary to fight back, that being big ol’ teddy bear costumes that are just so cute, that it destroys the scary stuff. Randy rounds up the rest of the cute crew to fight back against the monsters and it seems to work like a charm. Randy chases after his old costume that continues to terrorize the town and we get an epic battle. Randy ends up removing his costume, and breaks out his book that zapps the costume back to normal. But what about Howard’s costume?
Did the writers of Randy Cunningham more or less rip off the origins of Spider-Man’s ”Venom” character? Perhaps, but the climax to this week’s episode was pretty hysterical. Randy pretty much had to fight this one NOT in costume which was a nice change of pace, and even though McFist was rather boring, we got a wild ride that should keep you laughing for a while.
The Curse of Mudfart’
The guys are telling scary stories. So, Randy talks about this time where this kid farted in front of a bunch of kids and ran into the mud where he became ‘MudFart’. Turns out, if the guys say ‘Mudfart’ 67 times the dude’s gonna show up and scare the hell out of everyone. Randy tries to go to the bathroom, but gets stuck in the mud! Howard and the guys hear Randy’s cries for help, so they suit up and go for the rescue. They eventually find Randy, but he’s covered in mud so they chase after him through the woods until we see the real Mudfart. Mudfart treats Randy to some cocoa, but when Howard and the gang shows up to make the save, Mudfart rips one which causes the kids to start laughing. The sorcerer casts a spell that turns Mudfart into a monster causing Randy to turn ninja and fight the farting beast. Randy sends Mudfart into the underwater Abyss, but was it all a story?
Robert Englund guest stars as ”Jason Myers” and he was awesome, which is to be expected from Freddy Krueger. Farts are still funny, and this episode proves it because everytime the monster ripped one I couldn’t help but laugh my ass off. The epic fight at the end was really well directed, and anytime Randy goes full-on anime, it’s for the win.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
