Review: Mr. Pickles ‘Loose Tooth’

Tommy heads off to find an apple so that when he bites into it, his loose tooth will come out. Tommy eventually meets a farmer whom ends up breaking the news to Tommy that there is no Tooth Fairy. Eventually, Jane heads to the farmer’s farm and steals a bunch of his apples. All of a sudden, the Sheriff ends up arresting Tommy and accuses him of being a pedophile, but he’s able to get out ok and head to the candy store for a sucker that causes his tooth to come out. Unfortunately, Tommy gets acquainted with a bunch of pedophiles whom want to prove to Tommy that there is a Tooth Fairy.

Meanwhile, Linda heads on over to try and sell Jane some more shit and it’s the crazy old lady learns the value of fresh juice. Back at work, the juice causes Mr. Goodman to have to piss like a race horse. Problem is, the Boss orders Mr. Goodman that if he wants to piss, he’s gotta pay a fee. Jane decides to destroy the juicer so as to stave off of Linda’s addiction. After getting his tooth fairy haul, Tommy gets Mr. Goodman’s truck fixed, and Goodman pisses his pants.

A loose tooth inspired plot for a sitcom is one of the oldest tropes in television. But, thanks to the incessant decapitations and blood spilling of Mr. Pickles, I’m pretty sure no one can top this idea. The few strands of ideas that were littered throughout were OK, but nothing really stuck out as being particularly awesome with the exception being the Sheriff whom actually got more screen time this episode than he has all season. I hope this is a trend that continues, that and the limb-tearing.
