True Detective Gets Pixar-style Makeover

I’ll be honest here, other than the fact that the first season starred Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, I know absolutely nothing about HBO’s True Detective. (Okay, I guess I also knew it was on HBO.)

However, the series clearly earned high praise from viewers and critics alike (but no Emmys) and has spawned countless spoofs and parodies across the interwebs.

This one, courtesy of RightsReservedTV (Chris Rodriguez), is in Pixar style, Wallace & Gromit-type claymation, and recreates the “life is a dream” scene. Based on what I hear from fans of the show, this version is definitely worth a watch.
