Disney announces prime-time ‘Frozen’ special to air on ABC
The movie has made over a billion dollars at the box office, and has caused countless bidding wars for merchandise all over the country, and Disney is making sure they milk EVERY penny out of their Frozen franchise in the process. To prove it, Disney has announced that ABC will air a ‘Making Of’ special featuring Frozen on Sept 2nd @ 8 pm ET/PT (check your local listings).
The name of the special is The Story Of Frozen: Making A Disney Animated Classic and not only is there word of a Broadway spin-off of Frozen on the way, but that there could be an announcement concerning the ‘next chapter’ according to Deadline.com.
In any case, if you have small children that are already crazy about Frozen, then you may want to start saving money now, because Broadway is EXPENSIVE!
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
