Shorts Review: Poke-King-of-the-Mon-Hill

If you’ve ever wondered what King of the Hill would be like if it was crossed with Pokémon…

…someone with a lot of imagination gave you an absurdly-short tease of an answer.

Courtesy of animator El-Cid (a.k.a. Rodrigo Huerta) and Hans Van Harken (definitely one of the coolest names I’ve ever heard), the YouTube clip features Hank Hill as a Pokémon trainer battling against fellow trainer Boomhauer.

The voices of both characters were decently executed, with Bobby even making an appearance. The video has a couple good lines of dialogue, it was animated well, and the creators clearly know both shows. Nothing that’ll blow your mind, but it’s worthy of a few chuckles.
