FOX Adds Comedy Development VP

FOX continues to make management moves following the departure of Kevin Reilly, and that continues this week as Deadline.com is reporting that FOX has added a new Vice President of Comedy Development & Programming named Conor Welch.

Here’s a couple of things we know about Conor 1) he’s definitely Irish and 2) he comes from a background that includes stops at Funny or Die and Red Hour Films. It will be interesting to see, given his experience, whether or not Conor will be dipping his toes into the FOX ADHD type of programming i.e. developing online only content for FOX. I think FOX can really use that sort of flair in the kitchen as it brews up future animated programming.
