Ratings are In for Animation Domination 5/11
As FOX was gearing up to break hearts Monday afternoon with the sudden time shifts of its legendary Animation Domination lineup, the current iteration suffered across the board for FOX according to a new report from Deadline.com:
On Fox, ratings gravity worked as its animation block and Cosmos were all down.Bob’s Burgers (0.9/4) and American Dad (1.1/4) tumbled 18% and 15% respectively. Coming off it high-voltage May 4 LEGO-themed episode, The Simpsons (1.6/6) fell 20% while Family Guy (2.1/7), the highest rated show of the night, dipped 5%.
I’m starting to question the reasoning behind putting American Dad, a show that won’t even be around next Fall, AFTER Bob’s Burgers, a series that is expected to be an important cog of the FOX lineup for the foreseeable future. This weekend we get our finales, including the last-time we see American Dad on FOX.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
