First Look at FXX’s New Simpsons App

FXX just released exclusive sneak peeks of how the much-anticipated Simpsons app will look, and (like that time I went to China and bested four locals in a restaurant’s drinking contest) I have the photos to prove it.

Part of FXX’s $750 million syndication deal, the app is expected to be released in August and will be similar but separate from the FXNow mobile-viewing application.

As previously reported, it will feature all 530 episodes in the Simpsons library – something that makes my DVD collection seem pretty pointless all of a sudden…a collection that once upon a time made my 34 TV-taped VHS tapes also seem pretty pointless.
