AniDom Weekend Wrap Up: Skinheads & Tavern Coupons

Here are some takeaways from this past Sunday’s Animation Domination:

1) I don’t think it was advertised enough about the Bob’s Burgers time change judging by the ratings.

2) I loved Bob’s take on the ”three shorts” routine akin to what shows like The Simpsons and Family Guy have done in the past, but I think one every four seasons or so is good enough for me.

3) The Sylvain Chomet couch gag was outstanding

4) Harry Potter makes a good guest star

5) The second episode of The Simpsons was better than the first imo. Bob came back, and the tribute at the end to Marcia Wallace was awesome.

6) This weekend of AniDom overall was about turning new pages. With Bob’s time change, Marcia Wallace’s final episode, and Family Guy saying good bye to Thelma Griffin (played by the late Phyllis Diller)

7) Am I the only one who things that Peter was able to handle the death of his mother WAY better than the way he handled Brian?

8) I miss American Dad

9) Though, Cosmos is a pretty bad-ass show, I hope they move it to Fridays.
