Review: Johnny Test “Johnny’s Junky Truck”

Dad’s giving away all of these old toys that used to belong to Dukey and Johnny which causes the duo to go on an adventure to try and get their toys back. The guys visit the twins and grab a rocket board with a freeze ray to try and catch up to the donations truck carrying their toys. Unfortunately, the boys wipe out on their first attempt to try and commandeer the vehicle, but they catch back up and try to make another go at it. Problem is the drivers are a bunch of dicks and they won’t pull over to give back Johnny’s toys.

Johnny and Dukey decide to break into the warehouse to try and steal back their toys, but the Donations Army does a good job of defending their turf. Dukey and Test eventually do get into the warehouse and get their favorite toys back, but the Army catches up with the two leading two a chase all over the conveyor belts leading them into a room with no exit. But with the power of soap and suds, Johnny and Dukey are able to get out of trouble, but Johnny decides to change his mind and give toys to kids that will actually play with them.

Again, another awesome episode featuring strong morals that kids everywhere should pay attention to! I’ve been there! Having to give away toys and clothes to those less fortunate and maybe feeling a bit pissed off that it was my shit being given away, but before you know it, you forget all about what it was you gave to those in need. But, the kids receiving said toys and clothes NEVER forget.

That said, truck drivers really can be assholes and JT put them on notice for sure! I thought the Donation Army complete with Super Soakers was not only funny, but smart and filled with wit. Johnny Test may be one of the best shows you aren’t watching right now. Fix that.
