Review: Fish Hooks ”Fish Taco” ; ”Milo in the Cup”
Spoilers Below
Milo in a Cup
Milo is able to throw parties whenever he wants to, and Oscar wants to know how the hell he can do the same. Worried about his brother’s confidence, Milo builds a cup that totally turns Oscar from a downer to a clowner. At first, Oscar thinks the necklace is full of shit, but soon he starts doing up his own parties and even works up the courage to ask out Bea. Unfortunately, Milo starts to turn down parties left and right…but why? Turns out Milo starts believing that he game all of his partying powers to Oscar which means he has to get back the necklace ASAP. Well, that’s too bad because Oscar has no interest in giving back his new piece no matter how bad his brother feels. Eventually, Oscar comes around to try and give back the necklace but Randy Pincherson broke it leading to the boys to just talk it out. Milo and Oscar get back to normal and the parties are still going.
Space Jam had a very similar premise during the big game against the Mon-Stars involving bottles of water, however this week’s episode seemed to be more of a struggle which made it a bunch of fun. Justin Roiland does a fabulous job on the voice mic as Oscar due to the fact that he had to somehow make Oscar seem more excitable and he did it just right.Unfortunately, I’m getting more confused about the Bea and Oscar relationship, as I’m unsure if the producers really want to see where this relationship is going, or if they are just fucking with us. Lately it has been the latter, but with shades of what we were looking for at the end of last season. Maybe next week can help provide some answers.

Fish Taco
Someone buys a taco at the mall, but leaves it at one of the tables. Shellsea takes it with her to a pants store refusing to provide service. This inspires Shellsea to use the taco in order to buy the pants but they have to ditch it so that the mall employees don’t get it. Clamantha grabs the taco and ends up in the candle store of whom is ran by the fish that left the taco in the first place. He grabs the taco and tries to take off with it but it ends up in a hermit crab tank. The crab uses the taco as his new shell and walks up to Jumbo’s skull but it won’t come off no matter how many times both he and Angela try to remove it. The taco crab ends up back in the pants store and we get left with just the taco after the crustacean vacates the premises. The pants store employees take the taco back to the food court, and everyone that almost had the taco get into a big scruff over it. It ends up back at the Fish Taco store where its returned to its rightful owner.
As much as I love tacos, I felt this joke just kept getting more and more annoying as time went on. We get it, everyone wanted the taco! Half of the fish we either haven’t seen before or haven’t seen in a really long while so I guess it was somewhat entertaining to see so many different variations on Shellsea’s voice. Unfortunately, not nearly as entertaining as the first-half of the episode.

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
