FX Nets and BskyB to co-produce comedies…animated too?

The Hollywood Reporter has reported that FX Networks and BskyB have entered into an agreement that will see the two co-fund and co-develop new half-hour scripted comedy projects. If they are ordered to series, the shows would air on Sky1 HD or Sky Atlantic HD in the U.K. and Ireland and FX Networks channels in the U.S.
What this COULD mean is the possibility of animated comedies that are developed in the UK, get pushed to an American audience which would be AWESOME. As of now, Archer has been doing a great job in reppin’ FX in other countries, but I think with Chozen struggling in the ratings that maybe some fresh European-inspired content could work really well over here in the States.
So, what say you? Do you guys have any favorite TV shows that are developed overseas that you like watching in the States?
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
