AniDom Weekend Wrap Up: Broken Promises & Support Rocks

 

Here are some takeaways from this past Sunday’s Animation Domination:

1) Yes, we know that last weekend’s episode of Bob’s Burgers was an ode to Uncle Buck. 

2) Tina has some HYSTERICAL one-liners. One of my favorites from this episode was ”cold cuts just got hot” which really isn’t true, I heat up sandwiches every day, sweetie.

3) I wouldn’t mind it if we saw more Teddy episodes. #Bob’s Burgers

4) One thing I would like to see for future Bob’s Burgers, is more of a focus on the different characters. Like I wouldn’t mind spending a whole day with Teddy away from the Belchers, or a full day with the Pestos.

5)  American Dad was really great this week, one of the better shows in merging sci-fi with comedy.

6) MUSTACHE!! #AmericanDad

7) I really was looking forward to an episode about Lisa having a guinea pig, I thought the build up was adorable, but instead we get one about fucking art. #TheSimpsons

8) Carter needs to be in more Family Guy. He’s probably my favorite ancillary character in the show.

9) Chris and Peter would not be able to get married under Vermont Law. #FamilyGuy

10)  Peter had a joke at a restaurant, but the formula has been done before.
