Spoilers Below

Grandpa crashes into this kid Adam’s house who is really just chilling playing video games. Turns out, Adam needs Grandpa’s help because he can’t beat the first level. Grandpa turns to a reluctant Pizza Steve whom offers to help guide Grandpa on his game so that HE doesn’t have to. The duo shrinks and gets inside this kid’s head but they end up controlling the kid NOT the game. Eventually, we end up on train tracks, but Steve gives out some free advice which sees the kid ending up in the zoo with a gorilla. The controller gets unplugged and this kid Adam is by himself trying to survive. Grandpa calls Steve out about his gaming skill bull shit and forces the pizza slice to get in the game and get Adam out of harm’s way. Pizza Steve does just that and everyone gets saved. A week later, Adam’s still the best.

Storytime with Uncle Grandpa

Grandpa and the gang sit around a fire while Grandpa rips pages out of a book and eats them. He then tells the story of a Beardman that would cause all sorts of trouble. The bear ends up in jail…the end.

I normally don’t like to see Pizza Steve getting yelled at because he’s the best, but this week’s episode was still rather legit. I’m not crazy about the old-school notion that ‘video-games rot your brains’, BECAUSE THEY DON’T! But, seeing this kid Adam go through the crazy levels of real life as a makeshift game character was thoroughly entertaining. You know what else is great? No matter what kid’s house Uncle Grandpa crashes into it’s great that the kids always know his name. Furthermore, the violent nature in which the van always seems to crash or flip or whatever is sometimes my favorite part. Seriously, let’s start working in some kick flips on that fucker! To top it off, we got a decent short, but I thought it was funnier when Grandpa was just eating the book versus the actual short itself. Beardman is a dick…
