Review: American Dad ‘Buck, Wild!’
Spoilers Below
When Steve wants to become a man, yet again, he sneaks onto Deputy Director Bullock’s RV to go hunting with his father. But when Steve realizes the men have gone “glamping”, he takes it upon himself to make his first (double) kill by accidentally shooting a deer. Of course, Stan becomes manic with pride for his little man and takes his son to a hunter’s regaling in order to retell his first kill.
Steve becomes full of regret. He becomes even more remorseful when he learns the two deer he killed had babies, and being the radical left-winger he is, he runs away to the woods to raise the baby deer himself. A year passes, and Steve and his father reunite at the annual CIA hunting trip. Steve warns his estranged father to pack up and leave, but when Stan refuses, Steve and his animal friends overthrow the campsite.
In a final showdown between father and son, Stan learns that it doesn’t only take a kill to be a man, causing the Smith men to makeup and venture back to Langley Falls and back to the status quo, for another wacky adventure next week.
Meanwhile, Roger and Klaus spend the majority of the episode driving around an early ’90s Mercury Sable so that they can catch the odometer getting to 100,000 miles. Unfortunately, every time they approach the threshold they miss it due to some sort of distraction.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
