‘Almost Human’ Premiere Changes Up AniDom Schedule for November 17th…
You know what? I almost gave FOX’s new series Almost Human a chance…until now.
That’s because the series was originally going to premier on Monday, November 4th @ 8pm. NOW, FOX is moving the start date of Almost Human to Sunday, November 17th at 8pm as part of a two-night premier. This spells disaster for that night’s Animation Domination lineup and here is why and this is from a FOX press release…BOOM:
Sunday, Nov. 17:
12:00 PM-CC ET FOX SPORTS:NFL ONFOX (live)
7:00-8:00 PM ET NFL SPILLOVER/THE O.T. (live)
8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT ALMOST HUMAN (Series Premiere; Night One)
9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT THE SIMPSONS (All-New Episode)
9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT FAMILY GUY (All-New Episode)
Yep, so on November 17th a few things happen. 1) The Simpsons and Family Guy move time slots for the first time in forever which kind of sucks a dick. 2) This means no new episodes of Bob’s Burgers and American Dad that Sunday Night which further sucks a bag of dicks. And this isn’t the only time Animation Domination takes a back seat to NFL Football, because after the Super Bowl, FOX is switching out AniDom new episodes with new episodes of New Girl and fucking Brooklyn 99.
Thankfully we get a whole bunch of Animation Domination AND ADHD leading up to the 17th, so I guess you gotta take the good with the bad. Hopefully the 17th games don’t go into over-time because that would certainly make me a sad panda.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
