Adult Swim is promoting Halloween…but all that really matters is Metalocalypse

Similar to Cartoon Network, Adult Swim put out a press release talking about some kick ass Halloween specials that are happening, but really all it did for me was just offer up another chance to talk about the one-hour Metalocalypse special happening on the 27th @ Midnight EST (check your local listings). 

We posted a full preview last week, but for those that missed on the announcement here’s a snippet of what to expect:

In METALOCALYPSE: the DOOMSTAR REQUIEM A KLOK OPERA, we pick up directly after the abduction of Dethklok guitarist Toki Wartooth in the season 4 finale. With his life in danger his only salvation can come from the four most selfish human celebrities on earth—his bandmates, extreme metal band DETHKLOK. Will they be able to get past their own egos to help someone besides themselves? Find out in this one-hour heavy metal rock opera special with a completely original score.

Check out a trailer for the Adult Swim special here and Titmouse is set to be at New York Comic Con later this week and we will be there, so hopefully we can dig up some more info at their panel.
