Watch: ‘The Awesomes’ intro gets a music video

Check out a music video featuring the band The Hold Steady and the cast of The Awesomes after the jump!

Despite the fact that these guys are from Brooklyn, NYC and that I have been there numerous times for live shows, I have never really heard of The Hold Steady. For those that don’t know the band does a kick ass intro and outro for the Hulu animated series The Awesomes and now the new worlds (animated and not) collide to give you this rather kick ass music video for the song featuring the show’s characters.
