Review: Wander Over Yonder ‘The Fugitives’
Spoilers Below
In this episode of Wander Over Yonder, Sylvia and Wander are fugitives on the run and Sylvia is trying to create an escape plan. Unfortunately for her, Wander has a few plans of his own.
Whenever Wander sees a person in need, he just HAS to help. So while Sylvia is juggling escape plan ideas, Wander ties a Fly’s shoes, saves a rock baby, and keeps a balloon man from stepping on a tack – Not to leave out that he ends a thousand-year-old ant civil war by splitting a peanut. Wander is LITERALLY equivalent to a modern day Jesus.
After Sylvia finally talks Wander into not helping anyone, Lord Hater’s cronies come up with a plan to put citizens in trouble to lure Wander out. It is only after Sylvia and Wander get captured that they finally leave the planet. It seems as if all of Wander’s good deeds finally paid off as every citizen that he helped, returned the favor and launched the dynamic duo out into a ship in the universe.
