Pee Pap’s dead and as such Early and the fam are just dancing all over his grave. However, when he’s not in public the normally reserved squid is rather upset about his father’s passing and even more so when he comes across the toys that Pee Pap left I guess as part of his good will and testament. Later that night, Early is visited by the spirit of Pee Pap, but he’s the only one that can see him. Pee Pap tells Early that the toys are worth money and that Rusty even had a buyer, but Early ends up torching them. Really though the convos between Early and Pee Pap are just as crazy as always so its almost as if no one had even left. Eventually they burn the house to the ground and Pee Pap and Early decide to go and commit some crimes just like old times. The dynamic duo hit up a bank, but Pee Pap can’t take money out of the vault because money can’t just pass through steel. Feeling like his father isn’t trying hard enough, Early decides to blow his own brains out and try for him self as a ghost. Rusty is shocked and as such he rushes his dad to the hospital and is able to reanimate Early’s corpse. No, not like a zombie, think more like Stephen Hawking.

If you’ve ever seen the movie Ghost with Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze this episode is nothing like that BUT you do get to see a Swayze poster in the Cuyler house-hold. Overall, this week’s episode of Squidbillies was a well-thought out and hysterical effort that you should definitely check out. I mean Jesus H., the entire bank scene is a pretty good indication of what the writers are capable of because there was so much going on and shocking moments seen throughout. Would love to see more of Early confined to a wheel chair, but this is cartoons, nothing is permanent.
