“Hell and Back” posters and guess what? Kyle Kinane Post #2
It’s been a while since we’ve wrote about Hell & Back a new animated film…for adults! That’s right, those tired of having to sit through Despicables and Monster Universities and whatever else is geared towards kids can take solace in the fact that ShadowMachine (Robot Chicken) is making one for the big kids and the cast is rather stellar.
From the looks of it, the cast is looking like its filling out quite nicely as we’ve already written about Mila Kunis and Bob Odenkirk playing lead off, and now we have a whole bunch more names like Danny McBride, Nick Swardson, T.J. Miller , and yes Kyle Kinane. No word yet on a release date or who will be the one putting it in theaters, but here’s hoping it comes out sooner rather than later because it looks fucking awesome. Down below check out some posters and a full synopsis courtesy of IMDB.com.
In HELL & BACK, Remy, Augie, and Curt are on summer vacation from community college, trying to save up for their dream pad by working at a local Carnival. When Curt reveals the failing park is going to close, Remy seeks out the resident fortune teller to find a quick fix to their predicament. The Blood Oath of Beelzebub may actually be more than they bargained for, and when Curt immediately breaks the oath, he’s dragged kicking and screaming into the depths of Hell. Remy and Augie manage to follow, but are they prepared to fight the legions of Hell to get their friend back? Spoiler: No. No they are not.
Remy and Augie team up with the beautiful half-demon, half-human Deema (Mila Kunis) to navigate their way through Hell to rescue Curt before Beelzebub claims him for good. Along the way we meet a Devil obsessed with his small penis, a sassy Angel with a sharp tongue, and the mythical man / child Orpheus, stuck in Hell after rescuing his precious Eurydice and loving every minute of it. Hell & Back is both an irreverent look at the mundane operation of Hell and an exploration of its more exotic
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
