Animated Tek Jansen returns in Stephen Colbert (@StephenatHome) dance number

More Tek Jansen, please!

You guys may remember the early days of Stephen Colbert when his DVDs would release and on there there would be a whole bunch of animated vignettes featuring Colbert’s super hero alter-ego Tek Jansen. Jansen would later go on to inspire a line  of comic books, but really its been a rather long while since anyone really heard from the dashing hero…until now.

Recently, Stephen did a bit where he danced to some god awful Daft Punk song, but recorded it with a bunch of dancing celebs like Jeff Bridges, Wolf Blitzer (aka Jon Stewart with a beard), and yes Tek Jansen. Watch the video and see for yourself, but Tek appears in this video dancing like silly which is good because maybe this means we can get him back one day.
