A-Roid gets booted from ‘Henry & Me’ animated film post steroids…HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I am enjoying the total dismemberment of A-Rod’s career.
The premise of the movie sounds a bit lame and if nothing else one-sided, but its called Henry & Me and it follows a cancer-stricken kid of whom is a big Yankee fan.
I guarantee, Gonzo has a boner over this, but it looks like an even bigger dick is getting cut. That being Alex Rodriguez, Third baseman for the New York Yankees on the wrong-end of a steroid scandal while staring at a 211-game suspension from Major League Baseball which could effectively end the career for the 38-year old former All-Star.
Welp, according to The Hollywood Reporter, all that bad press has caused the producers of Henry & Me to cut him from the team of players voicing themselves in the animated film mainly due to the fact that investors and ad buyers may be scared off from giving the movie any sort of money due to A-Rod’s tarnished image potentially being in the film. Apparently, A-Roid had a decent sized scene in the movie, too as even though he’s only in the movie for like a minute he evidently hits a home-run thanks to the lead character ‘Jack’. No word yet on how Jack actually helps A-Rod hit a home run, but my guess is some sort of human-growth-hormone.
I hate the Yankees.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
