Yes, that was Stoopid Buddy Studios who helped out on ‘Venture Bros.’ last night
Spoilers ahead!!
Seriously, don’t read this if you didn’t catch last night Venture Bros.
Ok? good…yes that was Robot Chicken house Stoopid Buddy Studios producing a pretty key scene in last night’s episode of Venture Bros. and the studio put out a pretty proud statement to help explain their involvement with the show:
Stoopid Buddy Stoodios was thrilled to be involved in tonight’s “Spanakopita” episode of The Venture Bros.!!! We are big fans of this amazing show and it was a blast to translate some of their iconic characters into stop-motion puppets. The animation was a nod to stop-motion legend Ray Harryhausen, and includes a Medusa-esque version of Doc Venture!
A pretty awesome tribute indeed. This isn’t the first time this year that the studio has crashed another animated series as they famously put together a Simpsons couch gag that was friggin’ awesome. No new Robot Chicken episodes are coming out for a while, but you can soon get the Blu-Ray for the DC Comics special that aired last year or see the studio in action every Monday Night on MAD as the studio produces the ‘Spy vs Spy’ sketch.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
