South Park Movie sequel could be here sooner rather than later because Chris Nolan is worth it…
If you don’t love Chris Nolan’s movies I promise you will sex him up in so many ways after reading up about how he helped move along a South Park movie sequel.
Warner Bros. loves working with Christopher Nolan and why wouldn’t they? From the Batman trilogy to Inception the guy knows how to make awesome flicks that become billion dollar franchises. His next project is a movie called Intersteller a project that was picked up by Paramount Pictures at one point with Steven Spielberg attached to write that is now being directed by Nolan. WB, didn’t want to lose to on this so they decided to pony up a bunch of co-financing properties that they have like Freddy, Jason, and South Park.
Paramount and Warner both had stakes in the South Park movie franchise which probably added to the frustration that creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker experienced during production of Bigger, Longer, and Uncut. But, because of this who knows? Maybe now we can start thinking about a sequel. There is a catch, Paramount Pictures has just FIVE years to convince the Tony Award winners to turn away from the stage and turn their focus towards a full length feature film. That said, would the guys really want to? Stick of Truth is coming out soon, and a new season starts on Comedy Central this fall, but I doubt Matt and Trey opened up their own studios to only work on South Park related projects.
To be quite honest I wouldn’t mind a Team America sequel first….your thoughts?

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
