They don’t make shit like this anymore…LITERALLY

Goldbutt is an interesting short created by Chris Prynoski and voiced by said creator along with Jon Schnepp. It features Goldbutt just sitting and relaxing whilst enjoying a cup of coffee. Like most dudes (this happens to me all the time) after you drink a bunch of coffee you have the coffee-shits and this is exactly what happens with our titular hero. However, in this world, when you are a butt that takes a shit, that shit is now your offspring and as a result we are introduced to  ‘Fecesious’ a smart-spoken turd that like all kids needs to borrow dad’s car. And guess what? Despite the fact that  Fecesious is less than 90 seconds old evidently that makes him old enough to take off like a bat out of hell.

All in all, I quite enjoyed Goldbutt. It’s a stark contrast to what is normally out there as the show has an old-school feel to it mixing John K. like sensibilities and humor with Chris’ long-time know-how of how to not just GIVE the punchline right off the bat, but instead make you earn it sitting the whole way through. I would have liked the short to be a tad longer and from the promos coming for Goldbutt I thought we would have gotten a noisier lead character. These gripes are minute and usually give way to a nice shot of funny as a lead-in to whatever other maniacal content that Rug Burn has on display.
