Preview Pics: Murder Police plus casting change

After the jump get a first look at all of the characters for the new FOX series Murder Police plus a slight casting change that is probably for the better.

Yesterday we had the press release, and today we get to Meet the cast of FOX’s new animated series Murder Police. The show stars Jason Ruiz as Manuel and Mario Sanchez (Manny is the fat guy with the mustache, Mario is the dude sitting in the middle of the below picture between Manny and Rosa Sanchez played by Justina Machado), Will Sasso as Tommy Margaretti (Cop with the blue tie), Chi McBride as Randall Hickox (guy standing next to water cooler down below), Jane Lynch as Justice, Peter Atencio as John Rushour.

So, conspicuously absent is Wilmer Valderrama’s credit for the character of ”Donel’ (pictured above in the purple hat).  After doing some investigating, we have learned that Wilmer has dropped out of Murder Police and has been replaced by the great Phil Lamarr (Hermes in Futurama). This reunites two former MADtv cast members Will Sasso and Phil Lamarr. To be honest I think this is a MUCH better casting choice, so I’m glad to see Phil is part of such an amazing cast. This show looks LEGIT!
