‘Production for Superjail Season 4 starts this month!’ Plus DVD release news

Get ready for another round of violent, probably sodomizing, gory shit that everyone is going to want!

Yep folks, according to Superjail’s own Warden aka David Wain, season four of Adult Swim’s awesomely violent series is now under production! Some poor girl asked a month ago, and David just got back to her today but the news was well worth the wait. Given how long it probably takes to produce the show I would suspect the show comes back probably sometime in 2014 but hopefully sooner.

In other Superjail news, TVshowsonDVD.com got the exclusive that the home release for Season 3 is now on the way for a July 23rd release date. The release will retail for about $20 and feature all 10 episodes plus some animatics, rough cuts, and the Introstring featurette.

Season 3 was a pretty great season of Superjail, but hopefully the special features will give the release the extra ‘oomph’ for us to wanna buy it. In any case we will have a review and chances are we will probably catch up with a bunch of those guys real soon.
