IT’S #WEBS DAY!!! With Villainy (@DonkeysBazooka), @CollegeHumor and @SMBCtheater!!!
So every week (because I really have nothing better to do with my life) I sit and troll around the internet, looking for new and exciting cartoons, animations and overall hilarious stuff because let’s face it, TV is boring. Most of the time I am pretty disappointed in what I find. But now is not one of those times. I stumbled across this little show called Villainy a few days back and its pretty friggin good! The art is super clean and really bright, the jokes are spot on and the shows flow really well. They’re a tad long for Webs Day’s liking but fortunately they’ve put out some shorts called “Interrogation,” which is what I’ve included above. So give em a look!

College Humor was able to look into my very soul recently and instead of using that immense power to help me sort out my life or at least give me a sweet Russian accent, they decided to make a cartoon about it. And what we got was the latest edition of 3 2 1 FIGHT! I recently celebrated a birthday (29, and I wouldn’t say “celebrated” so much as I would say “threw up outside of”) and I’ve been feeling a bit of the internal struggle between my inner kid and my adult life. So seeing this really made me laugh. The comedy is spot on, quick and poignant. The art replicates an old style arcade game, which is also pretty neat. But what made me laugh was the curveball they threw when Man Child hit the battle arena. Because when I saw him, I quickly realized that this was a video game representation of the clientele I’ve been writing for and subsequently been friends with most of my life. And I wouldn’t have it any other way! Great job CH!

Last up we’ve got the first full length animated video from SMBC Theater, who teamed up with Toon Hole to give us a glance inside of a woman’s head. And if their assessment is anywhere near accurate I believe I may have figured out why the sexes will never truly get along. It seems as if women’s heads are run in a “Trekkie” style, whereas men’s heads are controlled by rational thoughts and logic. Or our penises. Either way this show was pretty good. The humor was there but the art left a bit to be desired. Don’t get me wrong, I liked the art, it just felt like it was missing something. I really hope SMBC animates a few more of their sketches so I can get a more accurate score for them. Good Job!

I’m on Twitter! (@chefrichbb). Feel free to drop by and let me know what you think of Webs Day, see all the funny people I retweet, or just stop by and tell me I suck.
That’s it for this edition of Webs Day! Hope you all enjoyed. Now if you’ll excuse me I’m gonna go overdose on Sudafed and see if I can’t make a better album than Lil Wayne ever has. I know for a fact I’m more reckless than he is. And my tattoos are better. And I have a college degree. Maybe he’ll rap battle me. Make that happen Internets!!!
Until next week!

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
