IT’S #WEBS DAY!!! With Does A Thing (@SuperPsyGuy), @AFTherapy and #REBAZ!!!
Spyro The Dragon. You probably owned this video game if your parents thought Zelda was too violent. Spoiler Alert: They’re basically the same fucking game. Except in one of them you’re a mildly retarded dragon. Being the avid gamer/perpetual shut in I was as a teen, I managed to score this game in a bargain bin and quickly realize it was $5 I would never get back. This little show from Does A Thing shows one of the major flaws from the game. Every little action you try to take costs gems. Every. Fucking. Thing.
The art is very nice. The color tones seem a little matte and clouded. Also, most of the edges seem very sharp, not that I can cut myself on a cartoon or anything. The humor is there, but just like a “E for Everyone,” it too is lacking. I enjoyed watching but I think once is enough.

I reviewed Action Figure Therapy a few weeks ago but I felt as if I needed to give them another look. I couldn’t decide if the 9 I dealt last time was fair. AFT must have sensed they were getting a return visit so they plopped The Marine in the chair and let him talk about something most Marines I’ve ever met tend to steer conversations towards. Shooting things. If you ever get a chance to sit with a few service men and women at a bar one day, just keep buying rounds and listening. The stories are amazing! It’s like Jordan vs. Bird when two Marines start talking about the range.
Only this conversation is a little different. This Marine doesn’t use an AR15 or an M4 or even an M16. No, this little Devil Dog is a marksmen with his penis. And it’s FUCKING HYSTERICAL!! The more and more I watch AFT, the more and more pissed off I get that I didn’t think of this first. It’s genius. You’re really handcuffed in the art department when you’re only using a 4 inch action figure, but everyone over at AFT has made up for that in the humor. I change my mind. The 9 was too low. Ladies and Gents, the first perfect score for 2013 goes to ACTION FIGURE THERAPY ::fanfare::

This last little gem I stumbled across on a whim. It’s voiced by @RicePirateMick and it’s super short. But a paraplegic Sonic the Hedgehog in a 16-but wheelchair who eventually get throated by Dr. Robotnik needs to be spoken about. I don’t think I’ve been more skeeved out while laughing so hard since the last time Dane Cook was funny. This was the rape scene in Shawshank, but it was my childhood who was forced to cup the balls. Yet somehow it’s still pretty funny and for 16-bit it actually looks pretty nice. I approve….kinda.

And on that note another Webs Day draws to a close. Follow me on Twitter (@chefrichbb) and feel free to email me show ideas (chefrich@bubbleblabber.com).
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got to take a hot shower after that last one. You’ll probably find me face down, crying in one of the puddles next week. So make sure you tune in for next weeks extra pruny edition of Webs Day!
Love and Butterflies,
Chefrich
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
