REVIEW: REGULAR SHOW “FIREWORK RUN”
Spoilers Below
Muscle Man, High Five, Mordecai, and Rigby decide to set off all of Benson’s fireworks even before the 4th of July event, which causes the park manager to threaten termination if they don”t replace the fireworks. But, don’t worry because Muscle Man knows a guy who owns a restaurant that is world reknowned for their spicy peppers, AND a probably illegal stash of fireworks. Unfortunately, even between Muscle Man and the guys they can’t even afford the proper amount of fireworks, and the firework seller Hector won’t let them buy his prized firework either. That said, Hector offers to give the group his fireworks if they deliver a package to a guy named Armando. Once at the destination, we learn that Armando runs a chili pepper assembly line that actually uses gun powder as one of the main ingredients. When the park crew get caught, they are then blind-folded and sent back to Hector’s who threatens to blow them up. Luckily, the guys are able to escape Hector’s trap and are even able to take the big firework to the planned display. Hector chases after the guys with a firework gun, but he accidentally sets off the big boy after a missed shot which causes a great big chili pepper to chase Hector away. Benson agrees not to fire the guys, but they gotta clean up the messed up football fields….but don’t worry cuz Muscle Man knows a guy!
I loved the Hector terminator look, I thought it was really badass-looking and I really enjoyed his character because I thought his lines were a laugh-riot. But, the best is Muscle Man when he is crying or begging for something because he squeals like a little pig. Also, I sometimes miss the fact that Benson is a funny as hell yeller, where he just lets it loose when he gets really angry usually to comical results. That said, this week’s plot seemed pretty ordinary, as we’ve seen countless plots containing Benson threatening to fire everyone if they don’t do something that they broke at the park. No worries, because this firework run was a decent fun time.

"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
