REVIEW: THE CLEVELAND SHOW ”A Vas Deferens Between Men and Women”
Donna decides that she’s ready to have another baby, but that may be difficult for Cleveland since he’s had a vasectomy and never told her about it. Meanwhile, the local community theater puts on a musical production of “Annie,” and Rallo scores the title role.

Rallo is all grown up now and as a result Donna wants another baby much to the chagrin of her husband Cleveland who wants to spend the rest of his twilight in peace. All this sounds pretty kosher until Cleveland watches Look Who’s Talking on TV which gets him all hot and bothered for a baby causing him to wake Donna the hell up so they can get to baby making. The next day while at the bar, Cleveland discovers that he had a vasectomy a few weeks back which pretty much makes his peen useless until further notice. Later on Cleveland is told by his doctor that he can have a reverse vasectomy to try and get his mojo back but backs out when he finds out his doctor doesn’t have a lot of experience in the procedure anyway. Feeling somewhat defeated, Cleveland has to break the news to Donna who tells her hubby that she is pregnant!
Turns out Donna knew all along about Cleveland having a vasectomy and tells Kendra all about her faking the pregnancy to get back at him! She fails to remember that she is messing with one Cleveland Brown and he has his ways of finding out(which he does) and vows to get her back!
Meanwhile Roberta is pretty much starving herself so that she can get the lead in the local community run of Annie. Unfortunately for her, Rallo gets the lead after grabbing the attention of the talent scout on how cute the little son of a bitch looks in a dress. Later on in rehearsal, we clearly can tell that all of this new found success is getting to Rallo’s head as he’s ordering Junior around and no one can do anything about it because the producer of the play wants his little star happier than a pig in shit. Oh yea, and just when you thought it couldn’t get worse, Rallo starts Skype-ing into rehearsals and uses that as a way to yell at everybody at the auditorium. Eventually, the entire cast and crew learn that all of this taking care of Rallo is blowing through the budget and as a result the play has to be shut down because rights for the Annie musical weren’t licensed.
After the cancellation, Rallo is all down in the dumps so Roberta and Junior decide to help by putting together an Annie knockoff. On the day of the show, Donna shows up 10 weeks ‘pregnant’ with her loving and adoring husband who has refused to cave in on a confession. As the show starts, Anney seems AWFULLY like Annie except this show has aliens with fire and the songs all sorts of depressing. But, despite all that the crowd really loves the show and even causes Donna to have her baby of a couch cushion.
I gotta tell ya, I was a bit nervous about the fact that this episode was going to be another hammed together vasectomy story only a few weeks after the Simpsons did theirs, but I actually thought the plot was really thought out and very funny. Cleveland had a bunch of great one-liners about the joke that was his wife being pregnant and even Donna had some rights and lefts delivered to her husband that were somewhat comical what with all her tricks to try and get Cleveland to cave in on having the baby. Take that and smoosh it together which a pretty entertaining Anney knockoff and The Cleveland Show puts on a performance that makes me want an encore.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
