REVIEW: THE ANNOYING ORANGE “FOLLOW THE BOUNCING ORANGE”
Pear dupes Orange into undertaking a pointless quest.
Spoilers Below
Pear’s trying to relax and read his book but Orange keeps pissing him off. As such Pear suggests that Orange go on a trip across the globe so he can yodel on the top of the alps. While continuing on his journey, we meet other Oranges and even some tennis balls who seem to love his jokes. Unfortunately, this was supposed to be the day that Pear watched Orange and when he finds out he enlists help from the others to go find him. That is until Orange sends a Dear John letter detailing that he is indeed staying at the tennis court. Thankfully, the fruits head off to the court they find Orange pretty much having the time of his life because he’s the king and he wants to go in the ball launcher.
Despite sending in a bunch of tomatoes to try and save Orange, the only thing that the king learns that if he gets put in the launcher he’s gonna be toast! Worst yet, a bunch of the tennis balls are trying to send Orange to his doom, but Pear saves the day and apologizes.
With more tennis jokes then you can shake an apple at, “Follow the Bouncing Orange” serves up endless amounts of puns that is sure to please the long time fans of the series. That and Nerville wasn’t in all that much of this episode so we actually had a nice flowing but tired plot to work with. With no Orange for the next couple weeks, so enjoy it while you can kiddos!
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
