ZOOEY DESCHANEL AND MAX WEINBERG TO GUEST STAR IN VALENTINE’S DAY ‘SIMPSONS’ EPISODE
So, as it turns out Zooey Deschanel is not only guest staring in the Season 24 premier of The Simpsons on September 30th, but TVLine.com has learned exclusively that New Girl actress is set to return to Springfield as Mary for the Valentine’s Day Episode entitled “Love Is A Many-Splintered Thing.” Also due to guest star in that episode is Bruce Springsteen and former Conan drummer Max Weinberg and political biographer Robert A. Caro. Also, this episode will also feature the recently announced Benedict Cumberpatch.
The Simpsons returns to FOX September 30th, 2012 as part of a premier night for Animation Domination.

Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
