‘NAPOLEON DYNAMITE’S’ LOSS IS ‘BOB’S BURGERS’ GAIN
Last year FOX had a revolving door of animated series occupying the 8:30p EST slot with Allen Gregory, Napoleon Dynamite, and Bobs Burgers each taking turns at the time slot. Welp, with the cancellations of Allen Gregory and Napoleon Dynamite one might have to wonder what would fill the void as only Bobs Burgers had been renewed but only for 16 episodes. Typically the other four FOX shows get some where in the neighborhood of 20 something episodes so that would leave Bob’s a few episodes short with the question being would FOX green light another animated series for 6 episodes like last year or if we were getting more Bob’s.
Welp, according to Deadline.com, our questions have been answered as FOX has ordered 6 more scripts tacked on the existing order of episodes for more of Bobs Burgers firmly solidifying the lineup for FOX’s Animation Domination or the 2012/2013 year. Having said that, with Cleveland Show we might have another issue altogether.
Bob’s Burgers is all new Sept 30th on FOX with a whole slew of guest stars set to go for the new season.
"There are also other characters that come and go (also owned by the Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate media company)."
Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
