REVIEW: BLACK DYNAMITE “BULLHORN NIGHTS OR MANDINGO’S GOT A PINK TOE”

Bulhorn abandons crime fighting to become a porn star.

Someone’s been knocking off all the male porn stars including Bulhorn’s cousin Willy Wanker which means Black Dynamite’s on the case. The guys start by investigating the local porn studio and while there the director is so blown away by Bull’s panty mind bullets that he gets named the next big male porn star. Soon enough, Bullhorn spends all his time living the porn star lifestyle and as a result forgets that he and Black have to go and catch a killer…Or could a killer catch Bullhorn?? You see, Isaac Layes and Bullhorn are the last two porn stars in town and as such the police chief warns Black Dynamite that he things one of them might be next so he’s gotta get a steppin’ and find this mass murderer before its too late!

Can you dig it??? Cuz guess what?? Isaac Layes gets smoked leaving Bullhorn the last target in town for the serial killer. But, is there more than just one killer? Turns out, after using the utmost in deduction skills, Black and the gang figure out that there are TWO groups behind the string of murders, the Black Panthers and the Ku Klux Klan, both of whom are fed up with interracial porn. No matter, when they try to spring on Bullhorn during a shoot, Black Dynamite’s already there and with the help of Cream Corn and Honeybee, kick the shit out of all parties..

Really great episode of Black Dynamite as I actually thought it was better than the premier. I couldn’t help but notice the writers beginning to include some of the subtleties that the film had most notably the scene where the crew figures out who has been causing all the murders. Also, the fights this week were really, really well animated almost hearkening back to the Adam West Batman days of the 1960s. Also, how did Black Dynamite jump rope with one hand???
