FORMULA FOR DISASTER

Bart and Milhouse come up with a formula which basically acts like a high end grease making everything slippy as hell. It works on everything too, bikes and boards, chairs and gym floors, heck even bowling balls! However, when Bart gets a chance to make a buck on his invention he runs out! Moral? Write shit down!

SOUND THINKING

There’s a contest at school with whomever comes up with the funniest most outrageous video they get a brand new computer with a gold trophy! To try and upgrade his current terrible technological situation, Bart decides to enter with Nelson whom agrees to help Bart in exchange for the trophy. After causing a massive amount of mayhem all though Springfield, it turns out Nelson never had the camera turned on, that is until Springfield decides to exact revenge on Bart!

Formula for disaster was a fun story as it was basically your classic “lets come up with a crazy concoction” story but what made it funnier was the fact that Milhouse and Bart did it, and the mixture they use was totally off kilter. The ‘Sound Thinking’ story was a bit too formulaic however. Again we get another Bongo write up about recording a video for some reason or another only for him to come out in the right. I would recommend this read for someone who happens to catch it on the news stand and wants something to read while sitting there.
