After Bob gets turned down for a loan at the bank located across the street, it becomes the scene of a hostage situation. This provides a great opportunity for Bob to get some free press for his restaurant. Obviously in any hostage situation, there’s food involved, and at first Mickey asks for pizza but it gets sent back in favor of burgers. Complete with penis-drawn bags, Bob gets the order and takes it over to the bank, only to get in the way of a screwed up sniper attempt from the cops causing Bob to now be one of the hostages.

With Bob over at the bank, he becomes the cops’ best option to try and stop Mickey hopefully in time before a pipe bomb goes off. Meanwhile, Louise sees this as an opportunity to interview Mickey for her report for school, and repeatedly calls into the bank to try and get inside the mind of a crazy person. Thankfully Bob is able to speak crazy, and talks Mickey into giving himself up without getting anyone hurt…save for a few pizza boxes.

Louise’s insistency to keep calling in to get an interview with the bank robber had me laughing mad every time. Idk, why but it just kept killing me.  Bill Hader did a really great job as Mickey, as he got to show off some of his awesome voice acting talent, granted he does some stuff for South Park but his role in this episode was quite a bit more serious. Call it Bob’s Burgers or Rocket Fish Burgers, this weeks episode had all the fixins for a great time!
