REVIEW: THE SIMPSONS “Politically Inept, With Homer Simpson”
After his videotaped rant about airport security goes viral, Homer lands a radio talk show, and considerable political influence. Then he endorses rock star Ted Nugent (who provides his own voice) for president.

Bart uploads a video to Youtube where Homer’s on an airplane complaining about NOT getting any type of preferential treatment. Turns out this turns Homer into a local celebrity getting him a gig on a FOX news type show(wonder about his thoughts of Sesame Street/The Muppets influence on society)! After reaming out the show’s hosts, FOX hires him to host his own talk show!
Of course, just like all the other talk show hosts on the air, Homer cries and complains about just about every minor issue that comes up and smothers it with gravy, the latter of which becomes his symbol for the people. Yep, that’s right, only Homer Simpson can start a big ass riot known as the “Gravy Boat” movement. And just like every major medium out there endorsing candidates, Homer does too…Mr. Ted FUCKING Nugent!

This was the best AniDom show of the night, I mean come on…its Ted Nugent! He was totally on point, I mean he sent an arrow through Flanders’ head and hog tied Martin. One of the things I wanted to bring up was how The Simpsons keep on modernizing. I mean the plot of this episode started with a Youtube upload, if you were to pitch this episode in the mid-90s it would never work! THAT’S what makes this show work for so long, as it CONSTANTLY re-invents itself.

Huh. Is that just referring to other characters from the show itself, or is this implying that the new season is going to have cameos from other WBD IPs
